Responsibilities

• Member Interaction: Greet and check in members as they enter the facility, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve member questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Membership Sales: Assist potential members with the sign-up process, including providing information about membership options and promotions.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling member accounts, and processing payments.
• Promotions and Events: Support and promote special events and marketing campaigns to increase member engagement and retention.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
