Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager supports around 800 frontline and professional employees across WA and AK in the PacNW market. This role is part of PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) and includes one direct report. The HR Manager is responsible for implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and supporting a strong, inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute HR Initiatives:
Implement and lead HR programs, ensuring consistency in policies, benefits, and compensation.
Organizational Diagnosis & Solutions:
Analyze and solve organizational challenges to improve performance and culture.
Ensure Legal Compliance:
Adhere to all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management & Talent Development:
Support leadership with performance reviews, succession planning, and pipeline development.
Staffing & Talent Acquisition:
Create strategies for hiring exempt and non-exempt staff, including campus recruitment.
Enhance Organizational Health & Culture:
Foster employee engagement and inclusion through local strategies and D&I initiatives.

Proficient in staffing, employee/labor relations, leadership development, and training.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to convert business concepts into actionable HR strategies using data and analytics.

Strong leadership presence with decision-making courage and business acumen.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $106,400 – $178,100 (based on location, skills, experience)
Bonus: 12% annual performance-based bonus
Vacation: Minimum 15 paid vacation days (for eligible employees)
Holidays: 10 paid holidays annually
Sick Leave: 10 days (80 hours) annually, accrued monthly in the first year
Bereavement Leave: Up to 3 consecutive paid days
Parental Leave: Up to 6 weeks paid leave

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, or related field (required).
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or HR Management (preferred).
Experience:
5–7 years in HR and leadership roles with broad exposure to HR management.
Experience in manufacturing, sales, or similar industries is highly preferred.
Preferred candidates will have supported frontline or field-based teams in manufacturing/distribution environments.
