Position Summary

As an HVAC Controls Technician, you will specialize in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC control systems, including sensors, thermostats, and automated building management systems. Through our mobile app, you'll receive job assignments you can accept based on your availability, allowing you to work independently with autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, program, and calibrate HVAC control systems and components

• Diagnose and repair issues with automated HVAC control equipment

• Collect and submit job data and photos through the Ensite app in real time

• Provide excellent customer service and technical support on-site

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards for every job

• Manage schedules efficiently to meet client appointment windows

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC control systems, including programming and troubleshooting

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites

• Own basic hand and electronic diagnostic tools (tools not provided)

• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work safely in various environments, including rooftops and mechanical rooms
