Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our nationwide network of field technicians. As a Solar System Technician, you will perform a variety of residential site tasks—such as site surveys, roof assessments, permit runs, and final inspections—using the Ensite mobile app to guide and document your work. This is a flexible, independent contractor role ideal for individuals comfortable working solo and managing their own schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and accept/decline jobs through the Ensite app based on your availability

• Arrive punctually within the scheduled time window for each assignment

• Follow in-app instructions to collect site photos, data, and documentation

• Communicate professionally with customers and onsite personnel

• Ensure all tasks meet quality standards before leaving the job site

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to safely access rooftops and attic spaces

• Ability to safely remove covers from electrical equipment

• Basic hand tools and ladder (not provided)

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in solar, roofing, or general field labor is a plus

Compensation

Technicians are paid per assignment, with payment released upon successful quality control review.
