Role Overview

We are seeking dependable Solar Panel Installers to assist with the physical installation of solar panels on residential rooftops. This role requires a hands-on approach, working safely at heights and ensuring all panels are mounted correctly and securely. Tasks are coordinated through the Ensite app, allowing for efficient scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounts, and related hardware on rooftops according to design specifications

• Use ladders and safety equipment to access and work safely at height

• Ensure installations comply with local building codes and manufacturer guidelines

• Collaborate with team members to maintain job site safety and efficiency

• Document work progress and capture photos through the Ensite app

Requirements

• Previous experience installing solar panels or similar roofing work preferred

• Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights

• Own basic hand tools and personal safety gear

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and use mobile apps for task management

• Physically fit for lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Compensation

Payments are made per completed installation task following quality review.
