Planet Fitness is hiring for Team Lead

The Team Lead is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and a financially successful club. This is a developmental role within the management pipeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing member services to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting potential members and providing gym tours.

• Support resolution of member issues and questions.

• Serve as backup to Club Manager when needed.

• Monitor and maintain gym cleanliness and overall appearance.

• Support marketing initiatives and ensure staff is trained on all promotions.

• Help with ordering supplies, managing inventory, and tracking reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities

• Basic proficiency with computers

• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking for at least 75% of the shift

• Frequent talking in person or on the phone (at least 75% of the time)

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (less than 30% of the time)
