Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, respond to, and mitigate sophisticated threats to PepsiCo networks.
• Conduct advanced incident response activities, including forensic analysis and malware assessments.
• Swiftly resolve incidents to minimize downtime and risk exposure.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and management throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Coordinate response efforts across business units and conduct post-mortem analysis.
• Proactively monitor environments using specialized security applications.
• Provide timely and accurate information to Information Security leadership.
• Develop expertise to independently perform responsibilities.
• Deliver customized training to CFC and InfoSec teams and coach peers.
• Regularly update incident response playbooks to align with best practices.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the Incident Response function.
• Collaborate with CFC teams on project execution and security improvements.
• Review and address project requirements within established timelines.
• Produce detailed technical reports and presentations for digital investigations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Information Security experience, specializing in Information Operations/Incidents.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of at least three security tools (e.g., host-based antivirus, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Relevant technical security certifications (GIAC, EC-Council, ISC-2); additional certifications in Security Architecture/Management (ISO27000, ISACA) are optional.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, incident analysis, and resolution.
• Experience with security monitoring, data correlation, and operational processes.
• Skilled in analyzing security events and incidents to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
• Experience handling advanced persistent threats.
• Hands-on experience with digital forensic and/or malware analysis is an advantage.
• Competence in using ticketing systems for ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude toward improvements.
• Ability to perform under pressure with a solution-oriented approach.
• Capable decision-maker, evaluating costs and benefits for appropriate actions.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
