Role Summary

We're seeking experienced HVAC Installers to join our expanding technician network. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. Jobs are assigned through the Ensite app, and each task includes clear instructions, timelines, and documentation requirements. This position is perfect for professionals looking to supplement their current workload or transition into app-based fieldwork.

Core Duties

• Install HVAC units and components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes

• Perform system start-up and diagnostics

• Complete documentation and photo requirements via the Ensite app

• Communicate with homeowners or site contacts when necessary

• Maintain high safety standards while working on rooftops or in crawl spaces

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in residential HVAC installation

• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

• Basic HVAC installation tools and safety gear

• Smartphone with the ability to use job-related apps

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated areas
