Position Overview

We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians to complete diagnostic and service-focused field assignments. Unlike full system installations, these jobs typically involve inspecting, evaluating, and verifying HVAC systems in preparation for upgrades, replacements, or energy-efficiency reporting. The Ensite app provides step-by-step task instructions, helping streamline your work in the field.

Key Duties

• Perform system checks on residential HVAC units

• Verify system specifications, condition, and functionality

• Use the Ensite app to record findings and upload documentation

• Capture high-quality photos of system components, access points, and nameplates

• Communicate clearly with homeowners when necessary for access or system information

Requirements

• Prior experience servicing or evaluating HVAC systems

• Knowledge of residential HVAC components (furnaces, condensers, thermostats, etc.)

• EPA certification strongly preferred

• Ability to navigate attics, basements, and rooftops safely

• Smartphone capable of running job apps

• Your own transportation, tools, and safety gear

• Valid driver's license

Pay Structure

Assignments are paid per task upon passing quality review.
