Position Overview

We are looking for responsible and attentive Operators to support various field operations by managing equipment and assisting with site preparation tasks. Operators play a crucial role in ensuring job sites run smoothly by handling machinery, setting up tools, and following safety protocols. This position suits individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, managing equipment, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain light machinery and equipment as required on job sites

• Assist technicians by preparing work areas and moving materials

• Follow safety guidelines and ensure all equipment is used properly

• Use the Ensite app to receive assignments, document tasks, and upload job-related information

• Communicate clearly with onsite personnel and provide timely updates

Requirements

• Experience operating light equipment or tools (e.g., forklifts, lifts, generators) preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Comfortable using mobile apps for job management

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks

Compensation

Operators are compensated per assignment, with payment released upon task approval.
