Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and skilled Solar Installation Technicians to assist with full-scale solar panel installations on residential rooftops. This role involves hands-on assembly of racking systems, panel mounting, conduit runs, and wiring under the guidance of installation leads. Technicians will complete tasks using the Ensite app for workflow management and job documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing rooftop racking systems, solar panels, and wiring

• Handle tools and materials safely while working at heights

• Support conduit and junction box installation in accordance with design plans

• Upload site photos and complete checklists via the Ensite app

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all job site safety procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience in solar, roofing, or electrical installation strongly preferred

• Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in outdoor conditions

• Familiarity with power tools and basic electrical safety

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Own basic hand tools and safety gear (PPE)

• Ability to follow digital instructions using a mobile app

Compensation

Technicians are paid per assignment, based on scope and quality approval.
