Role Summary

We are looking for experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on residential HVAC systems. Using the Ensite app, technicians receive detailed instructions and complete documentation to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled HVAC system inspections and routine maintenance

• Identify and address minor mechanical or electrical issues

• Use the Ensite app to document work and upload photos

• Follow safety protocols and adhere to local codes

• Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance or related service roles

• EPA certification preferred

• Ability to safely access rooftops, attics, and confined spaces

• Own necessary tools, safety gear, and reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license and smartphone capable of running the Ensite app

Compensation
