Role Summary

We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks on residential HVAC systems. Using the Ensite app, you’ll receive clear, step-by-step instructions to perform diagnostic evaluations and minor repairs efficiently and safely. This role is ideal for professionals focused on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform routine maintenance or minor repairs

• Follow detailed guidelines in the Ensite app for task completion and documentation

• Record accurate data and take clear photos of equipment and work performed

• Interact professionally with homeowners to explain work done and answer questions

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC service, repair, or maintenance

• EPA certification preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to safely navigate rooftops, attics, and confined spaces

• Own tools, safety gear, and reliable transportation

• Proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications

• Valid driver's license
